We recently upgraded to the Cisco Unified Communications Solution. With this change we have noticed a dramatic improvement in the ability to answer phone calls. Our patients are getting the correct person they need. We now have caller ID with this system which is very helpful to our employees so if we lose a call before we are able to get a number, we can just look in the directory and find it immediately. The automated attendant is user friendly. The Cisco phone system has many features that help us run our practice more efficiently.
